Scheduling system is a complete joke. I've called 4 times in 2 weeks. No one books my appointment. They tell me they will call me back, no one calls me back. Are you serious? Dealing with people with heart conditions but you can return a call?! This is absurd. I've worked in medical field for 10 years as a professional. I really wanted to see this Dr. too. But this staff is making it literally impossible & at this point I don't even trust your office. Thanks for literally wasting my time & stringing me along. Don't be in the medical field if you can't take care of patients properly. I'm over due to be seen by a cardiologist w. a heart condition & my old Dr is not in network this year. So thanks for nothing & making this a stressful process.
