My niece was admitted here because she needed a transplant. They forced my sister to move to Miami telling her that she needs to move because it was imperative to my nieces health. However when my sister finally moved nothing changed my niece was always catching infections and being sick the nursing staff did a terrible job at sanitation and keeping up with my nieces charts so my sister becoming extremely concerned with my nieces Health she asked them to transfer my niece Dr. Garcia stated that it would be best for my niece to stay Where she was, and then offered home nursing to a friend, but would not release my niece to my sister because she feared that my niece would pass in my sister's arms only to find out that my niece died of neglect at this hospital and no one has been able to give my sister answers since they have been careless. They have been negligent and nobody has been able to give my sister a response as to why my niece passed. She was only four years old she never got to be a normal child and my sister never got to be with my niece to be a true mother to her and this hospital is to blame Dr. Garcia is to blame they owe my sister an apology but yet all they have been doing is hiding like cowards. I wish my sister and my niece could have had a better outcome but my niece is no longer suffering. This hospital should be ashamed of themselves and how they conducted everything but for them they didn't see my sister suffering or my niece they saw an opportunity and they took advantage cut my niece open like she was a lab project. If this is how they will continue to operate then people should at least be aware of the danger that this hospital can be. Shame on this hospital and there staff. And shame on Dr.garcia.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PATIENT CARE!! I called them for an appointment for the first time prior to a surgery that I have schedule with another doctor and after been transfer from one side to another; I finally hang on the phone. I called again and again the funny thing about this practice is that they answer very quick and then they put you on hold. Finally I spoke with a receptionist called BARBI and as per her they can't make an appointment or give me any information until my doctor called them or fax them my demographics and all my studies. I explained to her that I was the one concern about my varicose veins not my doctor and that I could give her all the information that she need it over the phone due to this urgent matter. She refused to give me any info until they have received the records notes and my demographics. I called my Doctor and I asked them to please send the demographics and my ultrasound results and they not only faxed the results they also called them for me to tried to help me to schedule this appointment due to my frustration with this practice. After a couple attempts finally they said that is not appointment available until the end of January. I will never go to this practice after this experience, is very unfortunate that having such a good doctors they have this type of employees that clearly have a lack of professionalism and patient care.

Personas brillantes como estas, son las que a diario deben existir en todas las instituciones, principalmente cuando estamos enfermos y nos brinan un maravilloso aliento dejando gran satisfaccion en lo que hemos solicitado. Felicitaciones por su empleada que realza su institucion!
