In reviewing the doctor herself, she is a definite five star doctor. I was very pleased with the care I received from her thus far.
I have to say that the front desk staff could use some organization. I had a very bad experience with the front desk in that I went up twice to find out why I had not been called and everyone else was, only to be told to sit down. In the end, they never told the doctor I was there and the doctor thought I was a no-show. I was waiting an hour and fifteen minutes. The whole time I was in the waiting room, questioning the front desk and being told to sit and wait patiently.
Like I said, I give the doctor a full five stars. Mount Sinai's front desk staff, not so much.
UPDATE: A month after being seen I received a letter in the mail from the doctor stating she is no longer with the practice and that I needed to find a new doctor. No forwarding information or nothing. Not a good experience after all.
