Dr. Jonas Skornicki, MD

I don't usually write negative reviews, but patients deserve to know what to expect. I'm undergoing cancer treatment, and timely referrals are critical. Unfortunately, this office has been consistently unresponsive. Between my wife and me, we had three separate referral requests, and each time we had to go in person to get them processed. The staff is slow, unhelpful, and often unavailable--they even close the entire office for lunch and rarely answer the phone. The doctor mentioned he was reachable through MyChart, but he only responded once despite multiple messages. After this experience, we're changing doctors. I'd advise anyone considering this office to ask upfront how communication and referrals are handled.

I had high expectations based on the great reviews, but my experience was truly disappointing. The intern conducted the entire appointment, asking all the questions, while Dr. Jonas Skornicki only came in for about three minutes. During that time, he said nothing of value, didn't make eye contact when I asked a question, and seemed in a hurry to leave. He did not review my chart, ask me anything directly, or show any real concern. I felt completely disregarded, as though the only priority was moving on to the next patient. On top of that, after my very short appointment (about 5-7 minutes in total), it took more than 55 minutes of waiting time just to get my blood drawn. They only had one technician available, who seemed more distracted talking to other nurses and walking the halls than focusing on her work. It was ridiculous and only added to the frustration of an already disappointing visit.

Dr. Jonas Skornicki is excellent, super experienced, explains all, and takes his time to listen. While Juanita at middle desk office is amazing, caring and professional.

I tried to call in the office during two days . No answer. I was waiting on line over two hours. My chart doesn't work for my mom. It's working for my dad . I stopped in the office to fix it . After fixing stop to work again. And you have no any connection with the office. I need to come in the office and ask about medication refill . It's ridiculous.

Very satisfied, with my doctor, he took all the time, to heard my concerns, and kindly explain clearly solutions for my health. And suggested what I needed. Highly satisfied.
