Dr. Jaime Altamirano, M.D., F.A.C.C

I had two scheduled appointments with [Dr Jaime Altamirano], and unfortunately, the doctor was a no-show for both. I understand that emergencies can happen, but there was no communication or follow-up from the office to explain the absence or to reschedule in a timely manner. It was disappointing, especially after rearranging my own schedule twice. Reliability and communication are key when it comes to healthcare, and unfortunately, that was lacking in this experience

From my personal experience Dr.Altamirano is by far THE best cardiologist in South Florida hands down. The love, respect, attention and explanations he gives us as patients is truly a blessing. Thank you so much Dr. Altamirano! Let's not forget about his staff they are so welcoming and knowledgeable.

Dr Altamirano is a great cardiologist, extremely knowledgeable, kind, caring and to the point, he saved my life with his on call team for Jackson South. He battled over 3 hrs under pressure to save my life and I couldn't be more grateful.

Doctor Altamirano might be a very qualified physician, but after just two appointments I will not be returning. I understand patients might take time and the day starts to drag as it progresses but if I have an appointment at certain time I expect to be done in a reasonable amount of time, not wait 1 and a half hours just to be taken inside the examination room. Appointment are limited to Tuesdays-Thursday 12pm-3pm and payment options are only cash or personal checks. This place needs improvement.

Good overall experience once again. There's valet now in the front of the building which is convenient for $6 dollars Doctor's assistant Hillary is very good and knowledgeable!!! It's a very cozy and relaxing office. No complaints
