This rating is based (in my opinion) on the lack of courtesy and proffesionalism of Dr Malladi and his staff. Maybe, it is not his doing, but you know what they say......"the buck stops here" After two weeks of waiting for my appointment, I get a call 1 day before around 4 pm. My appointment had to be cancelled because Dr Malladi had to leave town. My appointment was re-scheduled for 06/14/2024....14 days away from my original appt. I asked why, staff told me that they where very sorry, but could not do before even though Dr Malladi would be back in town on 06/04. So, to me..............this means that my appointment was bumped to the next available slot on the 14th. Is this how this works? Shouldn't the bumping have been done all around and my appointment on 06/04 or 06/05? This is not a primary Dr's office we are talking about. Either way, not cool. Not an easy place to communicate with. I hope he is a better surgeon
