Dr Mendoza has been my Cardiologist for over six years. From the beginning he has been honest, thoughtful, caring and thorough. During my visit if I have new concerns about my condition, test results or treatment, he spends extra time as needed addressing each question and completely explains his answers. My mom was a patient of his until about a year ago. She began to experience near faint episodes and ended up in the ER. The ER doctor told her to see her cardiologist urgently...so the next day she called the office and they refused to give her an early appt despite the urgency. So I decided to pay them a visit myself, since i am an employee at Jackson. The front desk employees were absolutely nasty, zero compassion and basically said there was no early appointment. If she felt sick to go back to the ER. Amazing!!! His staff basically has control of who is seen or not, he isn't even aware. Nasty nasty attitude of these women.
