Absolutely Exceptional Care! I've had nothing but an outstanding experience with this office and my primary doctor. From the moment I became a patient, I've felt genuinely cared for. The staff is always warm and welcoming, and my doctor is not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly compassionate, empathetic, and friendly. She takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and truly treats me as if I were one of her own family members. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. I always leave my appointments feeling heard, supported, and confident in the care I'm receiving. I've never had issues reaching the office, and whenever I've needed anything whether it's a follow-up, a prescription refill, or just a question they've been responsive and helpful. It's clear that patient well-being is their top priority. I rate this doctor and her entire team beyond five stars. They consistently go above and beyond their duty to make sure their patients are comfortable, cared for, and well-informed. I'm extremely grateful to have found such a dedicated and professional healthcare provider, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality care!

Overall, I'm very healthy and only go see the Dr. every year to do my yearly check up. Sadly, they refuse to send me the blood work order, so I can do my exam first and after they receive the results first, then I can go see the Doctor and talk about them. Instead, they want me to go in person, say hi to the Dr., get the blood work order. Go do the blood work, then come back for a Second appointment when they get the results. Therefore, they get to charge you for TWO Dr. Visits! I guess it's all about the Money? Disappointed! Go somewhere else. Money > Patient

Unfortunately, I've had a disappointing experience with this office. While the staff is pleasant during in-person visits, communication with the doctor is extremely difficult. Reaching the office by phone is nearly impossible--they rarely answer, and when they do, even simple requests like prescription refills require scheduling an appointment. It often feels as though the priority is billing rather than patient care.

I had Dr. Valdez in 2023. She was great! She is caring and knowledgeable. However, the wait time at the office wasn't good. If you had appointment at 12pm, for example, and you come on time, you would probably see her at 1:15pm only.

What a lovely and knowledgable doctor who really makes time for her patients! She's listens well and has excellent insights. She handled our prescription refills, specialist referrals efficiently and offers blood draws in her office for your convenience. Both my husband and I see Dr. Valdes and we couldn't be happier. We had zero complaints about the front desk team. The PA or nurse who brought us back and took our vitals was pleasant and professional as well.
