Overall, the professionalism and care of the staff is very appealing and well organized, that caters to the health care needs of senior citizens, who use the facility. Meritorious mention must be made about Dr. Oyantay Merida Alvarez. He was not only professional, but he exhibited a real sense of warmth and genuine care. Easy to talk with, listens, shows empathy, and asked probing questions about my health. Astutely knowledgeable about my health needs, he made beneficial recommendations, including going the extra mile to make sure my overall needs were met. This really distinguished him, as a truly awesome medical professional. He is highly recommended.

I was really hesitant to change my doctor because I'm not fund of these local clinics based on past experiences with my mother, however I did my research went by the clinic a couple of times and decided to give it a shot . I'm not one to write reviews unless something goes terribly wrong, however credit should be given when credit is due. So far the treatment and services I've received from Chen west Kendall has been nothing less than expectacular. Dr. Pratt Garcia is truly amazing, he takes the time to listen and explain in details, his assistant nurse Ana Gamez is so accommodating and caring she makes you feel very special and even calls to check how you're doing afterwards. I've always dreaded the long wait at the doctors office, but so far ( even as a WAlK-IN ) I've been taken care of within minutes. I'm really happy to have chosen Chen for my medical care and would recommend to my friends and family.

Is Good Nice and Professional)))l!!!! staff at the front, The office staff is good,,they don't talk about _ The patience health or any thing of that nature I would recommend anyone for medical needs to check out this medical center, July 2025.
