Everyone is always very nice & attentive. Dr Razzouk is very friendly & attentive as well. Never rushed. There is however, a problem with the call center. At times it can be very frustrating to get info.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Doctors are great, but the customer service here is AWFUL. You cannot get in contact with anyone. You get routed to a call center where your only option is to leave a message. I had been trying to get my prior authorization submitted for two weeks. I made an appointment and saw the doctor, still nothing. I called on Friday and was forced to leave a message. It's now Tuesday and still nothing. For a medication that I can't be without. I called Monday and left multiple messages, called again this morning, and nothing. I finally had enough and refused to leave a message. I finally got through to the actual office and still had to leave a message and they said it would be 72 hours. I refused and had to keep calling. It's not until I refused again to leave a message that they finally "magically" saw my prior authorization had been processed. ABSOLUTELY ABSURD. This office is horribly managed. not to mention that when I went to see the doctor in the waiting room there were countless patients who came in physically to talk to the front desk because they were complaining about the same thing and facing wait times of 40 minutes and upwards, and could not get through. Baptist has really lost their prestige

Dr. Razzouk is wonderful! This appointment was a zoom meeting to discuss lab results. She was on time and answered all my questions and was very thorough with her explanation of the new treatment plan going forward.

Check-in process was fast and was seen by doctor without a long wait. Definitely recommend Dr. Razzouk who takes her time going over results and recommendations.
