The staff was professional and very nice. Jorge Hernandez in particular was the tech who performed the test. He was respectful , kind and walked me through the procedure. I highly recommend this diagnostic center.

This office has a great team- starting with Alinet who convinced me not to cancel. Lianet the technician was wonderfully professional- as was Joseph. Ashley or Juliana were very friendly. FYI. The day before I went to the wrong Med Arts at Baptist East- missing the last appt of the day. I called and while angry at my stupidity I was less then pleasant when Alinet answered. She wore my anger down with her consistently being super nice, understanding and suggesting solutions. What a professional she is. And she got me today's appt while I just wanted to cancel it all. It was a great experience. Jorge that practiced the ECO was excellent. Very professional and at the same time extremely nice and treated me with respect. He shows he cares for the patients.

Everything and everyone were amazing! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that I need them to provide the imaging results to a doctor who is outside of the Baptist Health network and I am having a challenge understanding how to make that happen.
