Three days calling for an appointment no one answer the phone , they used to be good years ago not any more. HORRIBLE unprofessional.

I'd give this office zero star. Unprofessional staff. The office is more interested in collecting co-pays by over booking appointments than actually creating an atmosphere where patients feel safe and respected. You'll receive better care in a slum while visiting a developing country. I assumed because it was in a decent area, that this practice would be run by professionals. Abhorrent staff. So unbelievably rude. After waiting for an hour and fifteen minutes to be seen, I asked for an update. You would think I asked for the moon. The response was so unbelievably rude. I will be looking for a new primary care doctor and monitoring my insurance to be sure these people do not attempt to collect for today's appointment.

In the beginning everything was beautiful I can't complain of The doctor he's great but if you having a life or death situation don't count on them. The staff is rude and unprofessional. They should go by type of condition, especially when they're sick people inside and others with suppressed immune system. I having trouble speaking and face feels like it's burning and super red. The doctor is to personal and makes uncomfortable jokes it, I didn't like how he judge me without even knowing me, and the pallets is so dirty like how can you even serve patients with the same rubber band for lab works how disgusting

the nurse called my mother out of the blue and said they dont take simply hmo anymore when there listed in there system I've called to clear it up and the front desk hung up the on me 2x 0 stars if I can rate
