Dr. Medina is absolutely brilliant. As my concierge doctor he pulls together a team of top doctors to coordinate every aspect of my health concerns. His office coordinates the scheduling of all my doctors appointments and are the kindest, most organized team. If you are looking for a high quality, thorough doctor with a wonderful bedside manner and a supportive, proactive team, look no further.

If you remember old school medicine practice that's the definition of Dr. Medina. The doctor listens, makes you feel like family, takes time with you, researches on your health problem but most important keeps you updated with call or messages promptly. I have gone to other PCP in Mount Sinai and no one comes close as Dr. Medina and his office staff. His staff are superb and what I believe helps him run a efficient office from the cheerful greeting of Luciana always helping schedule my appointment to Paolo who has taken good care of me with all my problems. You will be in great care.

Today, more than ever, it's extremely hard to find a great doctor (and caring staff). After many years of feeling like just "another customer" or number in a system... I found Dr. Medina. From the moment I got in contact with Paolo and the staff, I knew this was a special practice. You walk in and immediately are greeted with friendly and caring professionals, trying to make you comfortable, and tending to your needs. (and that's amazing, when most of us are not too happy to be at a doctor's office!) Within a matter of minutes, all of the staff knew my name and was making my experience as easy as possible. Typically, I dread the "new doctor paperwork" --- Dr. Medina's staff made it a breeze. Then instead of waiting the typical 45minutes (as I do with other doctors) --- I was seen immediately. The initial nurse was kind, comforting, and attending. We shared a laugh, and she erased my typical "doctor anxiety." Then, without any further wait, Dr. Medina gave me what I can only say is - the best medical attention I've received in years. He was thorough and caring. He took his time. And eased any concerns, while making me confident that I was in amazing hands. I know Dr. Medina is accomplished at the highest standards of today's Medical World, but he also feels like those old traditional "bedside-manner" doctors from my childhood. The ones that truly care for their patients. There aren't many of them left. But Dr. Medina is the perfect combination of traditional patient care, and the top level of modern medicine. This is a special place, with special people. I'm beyond happy with my decision to join this practice.

The staff is warm, friendly and embracing! And Claudia did not hurt me when she gave me the shot! Dr. M is all smiles & considerate always! And Luciana? What can I say about her? She is a doll as well as a Lady Mary Crawley look-a-like! Paolo was very welcoming and chatty. An almost family atmosphere which is refreshing.

Dr. Medina is such a kind and caring dr who goes out of his way to help his patients with anything they might need. He's very punctual too and his staff is wonderful as well. If you call or text dr Medina, he generally replies within minutes!
