I have known Dr. K for over 15 years. He treated both of my parents up until their deaths. I was there full-time caretaker, so I took them to all of their appointments for 11 years. After being discharged from the hospital in 2021 from severe Covid there was no question who I wanted to be my personal physician. I had relied on walk-in clinics prior to this. He listens to hear the patient, and you never feel rushed.

Dr. K and his staff are amazing! Everyone is super friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Kanellopoulos takes his time to listen and answer all your questions or concerns. He genuinely cares about you and your health. I've never felt that level of care and commitment from a doctor before. It feels so great to have someone like Dr. K beside you on your path to wellbeing.

I had the opportunity to see one of Dr. K's PAs for my initial appointment as a new patient. However, after that, I experienced a lack of communication from their medical staff, which was quite disappointing. It was incredibly difficult to reach anyone at the office over the phone, and even when I did manage to get in touch, any promises of a follow-up call were never fulfilled. I also found it disheartening that I never had the chance to meet Dr. K in person after nearly a year under his care. It would have been helpful if they had informed me beforehand that I would be disregarded unless I opted for their concierge service, which comes at an additional cost. Knowing this, I would have preferred to take my business elsewhere. It seems that Dr. K's concierge service is thriving, as they recently made the decision to drop all patients who were not enrolled in that program. It's quite surprising that any business can sustain itself while treating paying customers in such a neglectful manner. I reached out to request a prescription refill while I search for another primary care physician, but unfortunately, they haven't even acknowledged my email. This lack of response is truly disheartening and leaves a sickening feeling. Overall, my experience with Dr. K's office and their medical staff has been deeply unsatisfactory. The lack of communication and failure to acknowledge patient concerns or needs is highly disappointing. As a result, I would strongly recommend exploring other options for your healthcare needs.

Dr. K. has always been there for my husband and me. He is patient, and listens to what I am saying , then explains what the problem may be and follows through with either treatment or referral to a specialist. He is always kind and has a great sense of humor and we can reach him at any time if it is necessary. His staff, Johnny and Gina are the best at what they do. I would whole heartedly recommend Dr. K become your Primary Care Doctor.

We are extremely pleased with the detailed personal care Dr. K has provided our family. The wait is minimal, the call back time is quick and the personal attention he and his staff give to his patients is what one would expect from their family doctor. I would highly recommend Dr. K to all my family and friends looking for a doctor to treat you like more than a number.
