I finding the staff here is wonderful and always helpful and kind. Naomi assistant dr takes time to talk to you until you understand Carl is understanding (although it took few days for him to call me back) we were able to have a good discussion. Dr Croft is very respected and well known in all hospitals
I do like Dr Patel.......the office not so good. I've been trying for over an hour to get to a human-being......to change my appointment. I've been cut off four or five time......the one time that I reached a recording to reschedule my appointment......I was told to call back and ask for options six. Tried that.....the recording said "No such option".......call back the number listed ........cut off! Have not been able to talk with anyone, yet. fbb
