SMG Cardiology, Gastroenterology and Neurology

Checking in was very easy, the young lady at the desk was very polite and personable. I was called back for my appt. Even before I completed my new patient paperwork. The assisting nurse was very pleasant and made me feel more comfortable. The Dr. was very concerned with my comfort during a test that was recommended. He also kept me informed during the test of what he was doing, and prepared me for when the test would feel a little uncomfortable. The whole team were very professional and respectful of how patients feel. THANK YOU

My experience with Dr.Ruiz office staff was excellent my appt was 11:45 call me in about 10 minutes was surprise but thankful The nurses was very nice and professional and when Dr.Ruiz came in the nurse very professional answer all my questions and concerns. Recommend highly this group of doctors and staff.. Blessings to you all..

I was waited on quickly. Staff was friendly. I was De Ruiz's patient when he was here several years ago. Very happy to have him back. He actually listens.

Office personal has no common sense. I was so stressed out. I chose this office because it was in my network but kept asking me for my insurance authorisation, when they could of done that themselves. Long story short. I didn't need to because they were in my insurance net work. I need to get paid for doing their job

Dr. Lai was extremely knowledgable with my daughter's multiple issues from the beginning. I feel confident that we will be able to obtain the answers and the insight needed for a complicated cluster of issues. Dr. Lai was Extremely thorough, staff was great. We've seen plenty of Dr.'s over the years, but after seeing Dr. Lai, I know it was worth the wait for an appointment.. Be prompt/early. No wait.
