S. Jerry Pinto, M.D.

Dr Pinto is a physician who is motivated simply by money .... Even though we requested a meeting with the doctor to receive the results of my test results, we were told that a nurse practitioner would deliver her results. Turns out Dr Pinto does not see patients on Friday. Why am I paying to see a specialist? The waiting room was jammed and the doctor is not in the office. Who is there in case of emergency? Do yourself a favor and stay away from Dr Jerry Pinto.

Do not go to this doctor unless you want zero communication. They never answer their phones, and it's clear they don't care about patients. They'll even charge you just to read something off a piece of paper. I left a voicemail requesting my records no call back, nothing. A week later they just uploaded them electronically. Then, after I asked to get a referral for another doctor, I get a letter in the mail saying it's "after careful consideration, I feel it would be in your best interest to seek the medical services of another healthcare provider." Well, you're right--I am better off! Was this supposed to be a breakup letter? Lol maybe if the Dr himself actually seen me once in 5 years and his office staff answered their phones things would have been different.

I have been seeing Dr. Pinto since 2020 and always felt reassured knowing that if my asthma became uncontrolled, his office would work me in. Unfortunately, that changed yesterday. When I called, the receptionist told me the soonest appointment available was two weeks out. I explained that I've been hospitalized multiple times for bronchial spasms and that waiting that long could easily land me back in the hospital. She showed no concern at all. It is incredibly disappointing to realize I now have to find a new pulmonologist after years of trusting this practice. Asthma doesn't wait two weeks, and patients in my situation need a doctor who takes urgent needs seriously. If you rely on timely care for a serious condition, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Dr. Pinto is a very kind and caring Dr. He coordinated care for me when I needed an oncologist. The staff are very friendly and the nurse practitioner is also wonderful. His caring personality is a breath of fresh air.

Doctor Pinto is a very good specialist. I had a procedure done and before I had Anesthesia Dr Pinto came in the room held my hand for a few moments and made me feel safe which I certainly was. He goes the extra mile for his patients Thank you Dr Pinto for your Expertise
