I had an excellent visit with Dr. Ramirez today. He was warm, composed, and took the time to address all of my concerns. He's thorough and patient, making sure I never felt rushed during the appointment. I really appreciate that he focuses on finding the root cause of issues rather than just treating the symptoms. The staff were also friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this office!
For the last 4 years it's been a nightmare for me in the medical industry. I am happy that my primary care physician referred me to Dr. Ramirez. He has great bed side manners, he is thorough, and listens to all your concerns which is rare these days. I walked in his office with a lot of anxiety, but he did a great job putting me at ease. The office staff are polite, professional, and prompt getting appointments set. I would recommend Dr. Ramirez to anyone.
Saw the Dr for some chest pains and cholesterol issues. Receptionist and Doctor were both very respectful and accommodating. Scheduling was easy and calling to get in touch with the office was easy. The doctor did not rush me out, like most doctors. He Answered all my questions. Reviewed and explained results and I left feeling more at ease. I can tell he is not brushing off any of my symptoms but rather wants to get to the bottom of what's going on. You'd be in good hands with this office.
Dr. Ramirez has to be one of the most enjoyable doctors I've ever spent time with. He listens to what you say, which is rare anymore with doctors, he spends time in the room with you. He explains everything very well at a level that you can understand. He was very familiar with what condition I have and very helpful in explaining it and setting the path forward.
I am very pleased with taking on Dr Ramirez as my new cardiologist. Compared to others in the past, he took the time to explain everything to me in great detail with what I was experiencing. I felt very comfortable and confident when leaving after my appt. Looking forward to my next check up.
