From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile and a sense of genuine concern for my well-being. The facility was clean, modern, and well-equipped to handle any medical need. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by Jasmine Goldman, the Manager of Guest Services. She went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail truly made a difference in my overall experience. I have to be completely honest your emergency crew at Orlando Health in Melbourne was an absolute wonder. They took the very best care of me and when there were no beds upstairs or in the hospital, they took care of me all day long in the emergency area and they went over and above their duties to do that. They were absolutely wonderful. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate what they did for me. When I got to a room, my nurse Jennifer was a night nurse and she was absolutely excellent at her job.. My day nurse Deborah I had for three days. She was fantastic and so were my night nurses Jennifer Ann I believe her name was Patricia am I CNA's which were a C LICET and Samantha and Nufy they were all very, very good at their job. They were professional. They were friendly. They were warm and they took very good care of me. I have absolutely no problem with that part of the help. The cardiologist left something to be desired and I obviously was not told everything they were seeing because my GP said some things were going on that I knew nothing about, but I came through just fine four days of total and nothing but bedrest is very hard to come back from at my age, but I'm working on it and I'm doing my best. I appreciate the help and the professionalism of all the people I came into contact with from the CNA's to the nurses to the people drawing blood, they are all excellent at their job. Thank you for taking care of me. I will recommend your Hospital to anybody and everybody.

I recently had spine surgery at Orlando Health Melbourne the doctors, nurses, the entire staff were absolutely phenomenal and made the process very easy. They got me back up and on my feet moving around, and on the road to recovery. Thank you all very much!

From beginning to end of the visit every thing moved along smoothly & timely. Every single person from check in to rolling out was so nice. The nursing staff was kind, gentle & informative. Everyone was simply wonderful. Also the hospital was very nice & clean. Great experience for me as well as my husband's visit a few months ago.

I had spinal fusion surgery here a few days ago and it could not have gone better. Everyone we interacted with was calm, respectful, and mindful of patients' stress levels. I especially appreciated the nurses. I have had multiple surgeries at different hospitals and this was by far the best nursing staff that I've dealt with. They were very polite and friendly, and each took time to answer all of the questions that my wife and I had. I would highly recommend this hospital and staff to anyone in need. They made the surgery a much better experience than I anticipated.
