Staff at the desk greeted me pleasantly. After a short wait, a nurse took vitals and asked questions. The APN visited and we had a long discussion. Her review of my chart and recent assessments was thorough and informative. I have a high level of confidence in my care at this practice.
My mom was seen by Dr. jathal and she has never been treated so horribly.. She scheduled and appointment to have a follow-up due to a lengthy stay in the hospital .. He was not at all concerned about her as a patient she explained her concerns about the price of the stomach Medication due to the cost and he gave her a new prescription which was double the money.. I called her pharmacy as well as her insurance company and was told about a medication that treats Ulcerative Colitis that's only 17.00 saving her over 1000.00 per month but when we called his office back no one would help her. We have left about 8-10 messages with his nurse and the lady answering the phones but have yet to get a call back... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME GOING THERE... They only want your insurance money and co-pays... She now is going to see another doctor Friday... A WASTE of time and money...
I had the lady doctor She was fantastic She not only asked about my sleep but my health and what was going on in my life that was upsetting me I highly recommend her Very caring
