Made an appointment over a month ago. Arrived today to find out " oh we do not take your insurance" Why did you call me to make the appointment when you received the referral? Whoever called me "verified the information" during the call. The lack of professionalism is outstanding! This review has nothing to do with the doctor as he is great but with the office staff.

I tried to get my prescriptions renewed, and sat on hold for over 30 minutes. When I tried to call again it just sent me to voice mail. After 15 years with Dr. I may have to start looking for another cardiologist.

Phone didn't get answered, no VM. Since the office was near my house I dropped in to set an appointment and was told that my primary care physician must send a referral and they couldn't see me for a month anyway even though my situation was urgent! This does not seem like patient-centered treatment as their poster suggests!

I have been a patient for about 18 years. Dr. Z is a good listener and a great partner in your cardiac healthcare plan. He is not an alarmist, he explains things clearly and genuinely seems to care about how you are feeling. Dr. Z is very easy to talk to and he has always been responsive to my concerns.

Great doctor! Takes time and explains things clearly. Feel very fortunate to have found him to help with my cardiac issues. Special thanks to him for recently working me into his schedule on short notice. He has my highest recommendation.
