I been with DR. Go for 4 to 5 years. She's been satisfactory with me but due to two cancellations that I had she doesn't wanna see me anymore. She won't give me my medication and tell me that I should get it from my regular MD doctor. I really didn't think a doctor can just stop seeing me and that give me my prescriptions, but I guess the world is changing a little bit. They have control of who they want to see or not. Very unhappy with her policy
Had an appointment with Dr Go. She never got my results from my blood tests. Three months later I still haven't heard from her office. I also had an allergic reaction to one of the medications she prescribed. I called the office 4 times and they never returned my call. I Finally had to drive to the office to get an answer about my medications
I was delayed by traffic and called to inform Darlene Go that I would be running behind. I was granted a 15-minute grace period. The appointment was scheduled for 3:15 pm, but I arrived at 3:30 pm. Upon arrival, she instructed the receptionist to reschedule our appointment. I would have appreciated it if she had mentioned the need to reschedule during our phone conversation, saving me the trip to hear the same news in person.
