Dr. Subhash Thareja, M.D.

Dr Theraja is a caring and skilled cardiologist. Unfortunately, his support staff comes up short to the point we canceled all future appointments. The first incident was an appointment that was a total waste of time. Dr Theraja didn't know who we were or even remember doing a procedure. The reason was an empty chart. He left the room to ask staff for updates and never returned because no one was available to help. The second incident was an MA calling for a test we knew nothing about. No explanation was made. Dr Theraja never mentioned it. We asked for more information to make sure it was not a mistake. I was told by the MA to make an appointment because she doesn't have to time to deal with it. Make an appointment for what? Its too bad. Dr Theraja if you are reading this, it doesn't matter how good of a Dr you are. Bad staff will hurt patients and ruin your reputation and practice. It's too bad.

The front desk staff was so kind, helpful, and welcoming this morning, they really made a great first impression. Their professionalism and friendliness reflect well on Dr. Thareja and the practice overall. I had called the office to introduce Dr. Hanflink as a potential referral resource for patients struggling with chronic pain or in need of medical marijuana evaluations, and the team was courteous and accommodating. It's clear they care about helping patients get the care they need. FIVE STARS!

Dr. Subhash Thareja (cardiologist) is an excellent doctor said my Mayo Clinic cardiologist after having heart surgery at the Mayo Clinic hospital (unsolicited). Dr. Thareja is my cardiologist in Melbourne, Florida. I am a patient of Dr. Velasco (primary care) for years. The son, Dermatologist Dr. Shalini Thereja, is also in the same building. If you want excellent medical care we recommend Quality Medical Care doctors. It is worth your time and effort.

They take over 2 months to pay their employees, the ARNP Heather, for this Cardiologist, must of been picked on her whole life, they pay very very low, not worth waiting an hour to see a ARNP for 5 minutes. The main Cardiologist will not pay for a full working EMR system. The Cardiologist will see you when he feels like it. Very sad practice. More than 7 patients and staff warned me about the management and their unprofessional tactics. I couldn't send my worst enemy here.... its a joke.

I have read different reviews for cardiologists, in Melbourne and Palm Bay Florida. I am very happy that I read about Dr. Subash Thareja. He took his time to explain my situation, and have recommended the next steps for my condition. I have had a medical procedure at his location in Melbourne, as dr Thareja recomended for my heart evaluation. Everithing went perfect.
