I love Dr Dru! I am so grateful things worked out the way they have to bring her into my life. She is very direct and knowledgeable with her direction of medical care. She is in the business of prevention rather than just handing out drugs for treating. I was very impressed with Dr. Dhruv. She is very knowledgeable, professional and a very nice person. She really took interest in my case and recommended several things I need to either change or follow through on. I would highly recommend her. However, it took about two months to get an appointment with her. There was an issue receiving information and referral from my PCP, Dr. Ralph Geiger. It seems like those referrals were getting lost somewhere.
Her attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication to her patients well-being are truly outstanding. I always leave her office feeling confident and supported. I'm grateful to have such an amazing doctor, and I highly recommend Dr. Nikhita N. Dhruv to anyone looking for outstanding care.
I am disappointed in Dr. Dhruv and her office. I was referred to Dr. Dhruv by my OBGYN. It took a month of calling the office weekly to be able to make an appointment (at no point did this office reach out to me). Every time I called I was told that the referral specialist hadn't yet reviewed my referral. Finally, when I could make an appointment, I was informed that the office needed the information for my PCP. I let them know that I had a nurse practitioner as my primary provider. To make a long story short - after multiple calls to clarify- Dr. Dhruv will refuse to see me because I see a nurse practitioner for primary care, even though my OBGYN, who is a MD, is the one who referred me to their care. The receptionist told me they needed the name of a MD for primary care and a note from that MD. I cannot believe Dr. Dhruv expects me to get a new PCP in order to see her.
Dr Dhruv has done very, very well by me with my Type I Diabetes. All my tests since starting with her have improved dramatically. I'm very fortunate to have taken her on as my Endocrinologist!/
