Conviva Care Specialists

My Mom was a new patient to this specialty center yesterday and I can't say enough wonderful things about the entire practice. The office staff was so helpful and professional navigating a difficult insurance issue, and I was so incredibly appreciative and grateful of all the effort and patience. The medical assistant was so kind and professional. She introduced herself and explained what she was there to do. She asked questions and was just so personable and welcoming. Then the new cardiologist entered the room with a welcoming smile and friendly demeanor. Dr. Verde treated my mother with dignity and respect, explaining in great detail the concerns with her heart as she drew a picture to further illustrate the intricate details of the medical issue. She was not an alarmist and provided so much comfort regarding prognosis and need for further testing. I am forever grateful to know that my mother is in such a wonderful practice receiving overall fantastic care .

Omelia H and DR.Mann are amazing.. my dad went in for a routine check up and ended up having a medical emergency and they took care of my dad with such care I so appreciate them.. my dad is ok now because of them.. the whole staff jumped into action in helping my dad.. the place itself is very clean the whole staff is friendly. Mom's a patient of Dr Jacobs for a few years. I recently met him. He is awesome. His staff is the same as well. ( Front desk to the Back office) Thanks for administering the level of care to my mom. I would definitely recommend this specialist to anyone.

I've been bringing my Mom here now about 2 years and it's been great, warm consistent care everytime, whether it's Dr Jacobs, Dr Mann or any of the RNs, APRNs or front desk. Very friendly, extremely helpful and there when we need them. They really listen to what's going on with you. My Mom has now moved to E Boca Raton but I will keep bringing her here because of the great care as well as Conviva Coconut Creek. Great care when we need it.

I have been with Dr. Jacobs for over 4 years. His staff and facilities are doing a great job. Dr. Jacobs really spends time listening and sharing what he thinks would help me. I hope to have his help as long as I can.
