He always takes time to fully listen, examine and discuss your concerns, diagnosis and plan of treatment. His bedside manner is also outstanding. He has a calming demeanor and truly cares about his patients. DR Patel goes well above exceeding your expectations. My husband and I cannot recommend him highly enough. I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Neel Patel after being hospitalized for heart failure symptoms, including passing out. I came to him feeling desperate and in need of urgent care, hoping for a thorough evaluation and guidance, including an electrophysiology assessment. Unfortunately, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. Instead of actively listening to my symptoms or offering the personalized care I needed, Dr. Patel seemed dismissive and uninterested in my condition. I left the appointment feeling more frustrated and unheard, with little clarity on my health or next steps. It was especially disheartening given the seriousness of my situation and the urgency I was feeling. Since then, I've found a new team of cardiologists who have listened to my concerns, taken the time to thoroughly evaluate my condition, and are working to help me find the answers and treatment I need. I'm relieved to finally be receiving the compassionate, attentive care that I didn't get with Dr. Patel. I would not recommend Dr. Patel to anyone seeking a cardiologist who will listen, take their concerns seriously, and offer comprehensive care.
Myself and husband has been seeing Dr Patel for many years not because we have issues with our heart but to prevent issue since I came from a family with Major Heart Issues. Dr Neel Patel and his staff is nothing but Professional. Office equipments are up to Par. Dr Patel is very knowledgeable and give you advise and guidance as though you are his Family member.He is a very straight forward doctor, that will advise you how to maintain and prevent heart issues before a Problem escalates.
