I accompanied my 67 year old mother to her 10:30 am appointment, it took two hours to see the doctor. I understand that things happen and people run late but at no point did anyone approach us and notify us. I spoke to the receptionist after waiting 45 mins and inquired about the delay and she informed us that the Doctor was on her way and would be seeing us soon. However we waited an additional hour before we saw the doctor. There is a lack of professionalism and communication. They should have rescheduled or called us prior to the appointment. Nothing was done. After the appointment the Doctor ordered a stress test and we scheduled it. Two weeks later when my mother arrived for the stress test the receptionist informed my mother that they were unable to see her because they changed our cardiologist! They unilaterally changed our cardiologist. No one called my mother to inform her of the change or even if she wanted to do so! Once again they demonstrated a lack of professionalism and communication. If you decide to go with Doctor Caines be aware that communication is poor and expect to have long wait wait times
