We were patients of this clinic for 7 years until moving out of state. We were always very satisfied. Dr. khan, Destinee, and the office staff were always friendly and professional. They always recognized us and were familiar with our issues. They were well informed and listened carefully. We are pleased to recommend them.

I am exceptionally grateful to Destinee Blei for her care and concern for my husband Paul's medical issues. We have been with them for several years now and each visit has been more than just patient and doctor relationship.

I took my sister in there for a 8:25 appointment and it took him 3 hours to get to her. There was no emergency he is just this slow. And then he wants to know why she is so upset. Your patient should be in and out in 30 minutes. There is no need in them waiting 3 hours. Your patient hires the dr and should not be treated in this manner their time is just as valuable as the doctors.

I tried to become a patient of this practice and it never happened. I was told 1 st that I need to come to the practice and pick up a new patient packet. I asked if there were a portal I could print one from or if they could mail it. Nope. I drove to the office, gave them my insurance card and ID. I asked if I could make an appointment then. Nope. Gotta bring the paperwork back first. Can I make an appointment then? Nope. We will call you when we finish with data entry. So you will visit this office 3 times before you ever see a provider, presumably because they don't do technology. I just made an appointment with someone else.

Even when scheduled as 1st patient of day I have to wait hour to get just few mins with doctor. Never get anyone to answer phone calls, messages get returned about day and half later. The worst is prescriptions. Doctor doesn't seem to know what he has prescribed currently or in past. Prescription refills are even worse. Have had meds removed in past and other meds added for unknown reasons. Last prescription was told I would have all my meds prescribed B4 they run out. One run out. Even after going to office to remind and having pharmacy request doctor still did not fill prescription. Rest of meds was a mess. Wrong dosages. Wrong amounts. For 3 months I got 20 days of one med other meds got as much as 11 months.
