The practice and staff are wonderful. I was seen by the Dr in a very short amount of waiting. I got my Dr appointment and prescription all within an hour!!! The office is so clean and very professional. I just really appreciate having a great Dr and staff when I need them. They truly go over and beyond for patients! I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a Dr who takes their time and actually knows you by your name not just a number.
Dr Wong is the best Primary doctor I've ever had, he really cares. He doesn't rush your appointment, he answers all your questions. His front desk and nursing staff is awesome. They really care about what they do. 10000/10 recommend
I noticed the stark differences in care provided between my prior experiences to current experiences. Very welcoming. Take away these people's licensing! The doctor has no idea what he's doing most of the staff there barely speak a lick of English. I told a male staff nurse I was nauseous and he responded with the word "no" and directed me to a trash can in the room. The doctor (aturo wong) doesn't even type on his computer he uses speech to text. As if that's professional at all? He doesn't even know how to close out your patient portal for the rest of the nurses he didn't know he had to "sign off" on it as a DOCTOR. DO NOT GO HERE. Save your money I spent TWO HOURS in there just to get prescriptions approved to be refilled. The ER would've been quicker and had better understanding doctors. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Terrible place, terrible environment, terrible doctor.
I've been seeing my primary care physician for over five years. Their excellent staff is excellent. They immediately take you in the room. Physician has a great bedside manner. They also have an urgent care where I've taken my kids for care.
