The associate I spoke with was very helpful at helping me reschedule my appointment with Dr Bajaj. Unfortunately I had a last minute out of town travel for work and could not make my cardiologist appointment originally scheduled for 12/09/25. The associate was very courteous and even called me back when I could not hear her once I was connected after a transfer from another department. Knowledgeable, helpful and courteous are all great qualities that made it easy to take care of my needs.

Thought I would post an update. I received a bill in the mail today from these folks for one of the appts the doctor did not show up for. I was there, he wasn't. Maybe they should ask the doctor for the payment! It's the lack of attention to detail at this office that makes a person wonder if these are the folks you want for something as critical as cardiology.

While Dr. Bajaj is easily the best cardiologist in the city, getting to see him is a real problem. Two times i've been scheduled for my follow ups. Two times those appointments were cancelled on me with no notifications.
