Dr Richardson has been treating me for the last 3 yrs. His office and staff are the best. They have helped me tremendously with my heart issues. And in one of his test found that I had cancer. Even though it was in later stages they found it if not for that one test it may not have had been found.
My wife was sent to this place to get surgery clearance I did not have a good feeling about the place being it's in Lehigh. I was not disappointed, the place is cold, uninviting, and filthy. The help, 20 year olds that are lazy and rude. I already have a problem with the medical field being heartless and truly uncaring. This place was everything I hoped it wouldn't be, but is. Seems like the medical people that come out here to these 2 dog towns are not the best the field has to offer.
They have been so kind and supportive through this stressful time with my heart issues.
Used to be a good service provider... ever since Yudelkis Jimenez NP started been the one assign to see me. My experience went to a complete nightmare. Complete waste of time and money! He just reads and pretends and the tells you you're fine, if you mention something Dr Richardson mentioned in a previous appointment he will cut you off and show no importance in your concern. Have never felt my health was I worst hands since seeing Yudelkis Jimenez. Keep in mind I have seen him 3 times now. When bringing up my frustration with the serviced provided and being paid for all I was told is "I'm sorry you feel that way, find another doctor Bye". Then asked for my medical records they just told me sit down I'll get it when i can. So not only they did not care for the horrible service provided, when aware just decided to make it worst. Stay away from this business as they do not care for their patients or the service they provide to them.
I've had a much better experience here than at a "fancier" cardiologist in Fort Myers. They don't make you wait and all the staff is very professional and accommodating. I've seen the very kind way the doctor and his staff treat other patients. I definitely recommend Dr Richardson, NP Yudelkis Acosta and all of their staff.
