Dr. Mohan and his staff are truly the best anywhere. The doctor is brilliant and his staff are dedicated and committed professionals. Been seeing the doctor for nearly twenty years and I'm tremendously grateful for his expertise. He stays up to date on all the latest procedures and medicines. In short, he's kept me alive. He's the best!

The first person I spoke to at this office was rude. I moved and I needed to change my primary, cardiologist, and lung doctor. My insurance had picked Orlando Health to change to. I was calling to see if any of the doctors were accepting new patients and I was told I would have to know the doctor's name. I have no idea which doctor is accepting new patients. Then she told me they didn't accept my insurance, which is a relief. I am sick and I would have hated dealing with ill-mannered staff. Usually when the first person you speak to is rude most of the staff are also.

Tried to get an appointment. The woman answering the phone was extremely unpleasant. Short curt answers to questions about getting an earlier appt. Cut off questions mid sentence with one word answers. Then when called out letting her know she was being rather curt, she hung up on me. Guess they're scraping the bottom of the barrel for help these days. Thankfully Orlando Health is not the only provider in town. She should find a new job where there is no customer contact in any way!

The worst service ever. Don't lose your time; I called for an appointment with Dr. Glatkowski for the end of February or the beginning of March. They gave me an appointment for two months later, but a day before the appointment, they canceled it because Dr. Glatkowski would not be in the office, and I called the reschedule, and the new appointment was a month later; it was unacceptable. Waiting for an appointment for another month. Don't lose your time, believe me; look for another provider. So, I lost 3 months of my time. The worst.

Dr. Michael Hill's office is one of the most inefficient and rude medical offices I've dealt with so far. They begin the scheduling process with collecting a ton of information over the phone only to have you do additional unrelated questionnaires on the portal and then threaten to cancel your appointment if you don't show up 20 minutes early to do even more paperwork. On top of that even though SimonMed imaging told me the provider has access to medical imaging via their portal they require the patient to drive back to the imaging location in order to obtain a CD. At this point the patient is doing half of the office's work for them. Their attitude is condescending over the phone and frankly I understand why referring physician was hesitant to send me over to him. I'll go to Orlando or Ocala to get better care. Requiring a patient to fetch their imaging and take an additional day off of work is a clear indicator that this office feels that their worker's time is more important than their patient's time.
