I'm a new patient at this facility, they required lab work, so told the doctor I wanted to see my labs as well as soon as they've been received and I'm giving authorization to have it be told over the phone since I'll be out of town; which he wrote in my chart to give results to patient over the phone. When I called, the front desk proceeded to say, she has my chart and lab in front of her but due to company policy she's not able to comply with the doctor's order (why would she say she had my result). The doctor, Dr. Rosan, only comes in once a week as a new patient why wasn't I informed on this before or after my visit. She proceeded to say, only the doctor can give my result, I asked to have my parent or guarantor pick up my result, she stated the doctor will have to sign off on the results and he won't be in that doctor office for the next 6 days. If I order a test result to be given to me STAT, I'm baffled to why the doctor didn't call me the day he came in. Now the front desk is telling, Dr. Soloman is seeing other patients and she doesn't know if the she will even call me back by the end of the day. I should have been informed that this doctor only come to the clinic once a week, although I should have received a call stating that my labs are in.

Dr. Solomon is a a very caring & compassionate woman. She is knowledgeable & respectful and listens to her patients. She has been my primary care physician for over 10 years.

If i could have given it NO STARS, i would have. This is one of the slowest doctor's office I've ever visted. 2 hours before being seen even with an appointment. When you checkin.. ironically nobody has time to speak, yet i don't understand why... Theres a full staff but only one person being seen every 2 hours. Horrible service... Last time!!!

She is an awesome doctor, the wait is long but definitely worth it.

very slow to respond to patients needs office small don't prescribe pain medication. didn't like at all change doctors for my brother.
