Despite their good online reviews, my visit was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my experience. I contacted the office seeking a same-day appointment due to feeling unwell with an enlarged throat that was affecting my ability to eat and drink, as well as concerns about heart palpitations and other symptoms. I arrived on time at 2 PM and was promptly given paperwork to fill out by Anna at the front desk. However, after returning the completed forms at 2:10 PM, I was left waiting without any further communication. It wasn't until 2:50 PM that I was called back to see the doctor, which felt like an unnecessarily long wait. Dr. Carolina Raudez, while initially helpful, proceeded to ask me questions in a manner that felt more like a lecture, rather than providing solutions to my concerns. This approach lacked professionalism, as I was seeking medical care, not a lesson in human anatomy. The experience only worsened after my visit. The staff member who took my blood work failed to provide me with a printed copy of the results, which I requested. Although I had paid in advance for all services, including the blood work, I was left waiting over 90 minutes at the pharmacy, only to find out that my prescription had never been sent over. I made multiple phone calls to the office, including speaking with Louisa, but the staff continuously failed to take responsibility for the mistake. I was told repeatedly that the issue would be addressed, but nothing was resolved by the time the pharmacy closed. The following day, Louisa finally sent my prescription, but after several more attempts to contact the office, including speaking with the so-called manager, Brandon, I was left feeling completely ignored. Brandon assured me the situation would be resolved, but it was clear he was not being truthful. Paula, another staff member, was equally unresponsive, and I was met with a dismissive attitude during my interactions with her. This office not only failed to provide proper service but also lacked the professionalism and accountability necessary to operate a medical practice. I am deeply disappointed and will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the state medical board. I highly recommend seeking care elsewhere. This office may appear professional on the surface, but my experience showed otherwise, with unorganized staff and an overall lack of care for patients.

Dr. Ruth and her staff are wonderful and make you feel welcomed! Their service is impeccable and I love that they don't leave you in the waiting room for long. Your appointment time is your actual time unlike other medical offices. They are all so pleasant. I highly recommend Dr.Ruth and her team if you are in need of a primary care physician!

Been to many doctors for multiple reasons, Dr. Castellanos stands out as the best. Really cares for his patients and is very knowledgeable and intelligent. Will take his time to make sure you're choosing the best course of action for your situation. Liz at the front desk is also always a big help. Highly recommend

Dr. Ruth Catignas is a trustworthy & very knowledgeable health professional who has helped me discover the good and the bad parts of my health, leading to a better quality of life. I recommend this location! It's never too busy & the appointments don't take very long.
