Don't go here! Staff is rude, especially the Doctor. Days Prior to my Uncle's appointment, they cancelled his appointment. I called to ask why and they couldn't give me a valid reason as to why, the person hanged up the phone, so I called back and her was worse. I was scolded and treated poorly, all because I tried to tell the individual her information is wrong and my Uncle's insurance is valid. Well I got the appointment back on the books. It was, Thursday, July 23, 2020, for 9am appointment. It's been a while since I went to the office, I decided to call the office to verify the room number. Dr. Bela, answered the phone, I asked what's the room number, he said, 318, I said, "thank you so it's not on the second floor!" he replied,"how long have you been in America, you don't know how to read directions?, it's on the 3rd floor" "I said, thank you , I was calling because they're already inside the building and I want to make sure I gave them the right floor" oh my who told me to say anything . This man went on to yell at me and tell me to never ever interrupt him, don't bother coming because he will not be seeing you, don't you ever call back here again!" Well by this time my Mother and Uncle were already inside the waiting area, meanwhile Dr. Bela was informing the front desk clerk to not take the patient coming inside, I don't want to see them." Just very rude! We never went back!

He is an excellent doctor and my experience has been exactly the opposite of the negative reviews. Very professional and extremely helpful.
