Giving the benefit of the doubt for now, that's why I am giving it 3 stars. I tried to schedule an appointment a few days ago, Whom ever the office person was put me on hold and never came back. I finally got threw to a person who scheduled an appointment with me but her phone etiquette was something to be desired, and I could barely hear her, as she was talking like she was on a personal phone call. The hospital told me to follow up with this office, for the Cardiologist in 2 days but the soonest apt is on the 24th of June, 2 weeks from now. Luckily my issue isn't serious as its just a precautionary follow up, otherwise I would be really upset. I'm still reserving judgment until I actually see the Doctor. As of now I'm neutral and the office administration need training in professionalism.
