I made my appointment online for their location in Largo and it seems that they have no control over the appointments scheduled online, they rescheduled my appointment. I was able to understand that there is more availability at their location in Tampa. This must be taken into account before scheduling an online appointment with them.
my PCP dr. keene is great, a real gem. but the practice itself - the vein and vascular? it has one of the worst receptionists on its tampa side. the woman not only speaks poor english which is hard to understand, her attitude is 100x more lousy. would not leave a msg for dr. keene (i am an existing patient) for a simple Rx, instead insisted that i must have an appt with dr. keene. yet, she kept telling me she could not tell when dr. keene would call me, only that it would be after 4:30 pm. it is bloody holiday time, and we have house guests today! so i wanted to know what she meant by "after 4:30 pm". when i asked her "what do you mean by AFTER 4:30 pm? it is between 4:30 pm and midnight?" she simply hung up on me. she is such a classic example of a "you know what" that starts with a "t".
Great atmosphere. Good vibes throughout the entire staff. You may have a hard time dealing with the girls in the front office. But then again, it may be me. I have a hard time with all the girls in my life! ;) lol
Very happy with my visit. Friendly atmosphere and very knowledgeable staff. Will be returning for follow up visit.
