I almost didn't get to have my appointment with Dr. Postler today due to some sort of back office issue, but Keesha (please forgive me if I misspelled your name) assured me yesterday that she would get things figured out and I'd be seen today. She called me this morning to let me know that everything was worked out. I was so relieved. I had a good visit, the wait time was very reasonable, and everyone was very kind. I asked if Keesha was there when I was checking out, hoping to thank her in person. Alas, she had left for the day. Keesha, if you see this: thank you, thank you, thank you! I appreciate all you did to make sure I could keep my appointment today. It truly means a lot.
