I requested a 30-day refill of my prescription to allow me time to transition to another practice, as there appears to be frequent turnover with providers. This is the second doctor who has left since I moved to Florida three years ago within this practice. The front desk representative, Amanda, informed me that I would be discharged because I commented that their doctors seem to change every 1.5-2 years and hung up the phone. She also stated that her manager would call me. However, earlier in the conversation, when I asked to speak with the manager, she told me I could not because the manager was in surgery.
