Very rude receptionist. I was trying to make an appointment and she was very upset. They should have a nicer person with good actitud towards the customers. I'm not coming back to this practice. Because I'm paying for services and every patient should be treated with respect.
A-mazing!!!!! Staff is so knowledgeable in what they do and incredibly sensitive to your needs and wellbeing. This procedure was a life changing experience for me. I had been suffering from leg pain and completely embarrassed by all the varicose veins. As a hairdresser my legs had gotten so bad I was in so much pain to even to walk any distance. The first visit they informed me that I may not see results for a month or so but literally saw and felt results that very day. I went from crying at the end of the day just to walk to my car to going to festivals and walking all day pain free immediately. I highly recommend Florida Lakes Pain Center and the incredible staff for vein relief. Thank you girls for doing what you do.
The entire staff was amazing and I have already referred another friend of mine to the clinic. They spend a great deal of time explaining the process and making sure you are informed and very comfortable during your visit. This was my first time for a vein procedure with Dr. Phillips and his assistant, Jacqueline, The whole process was professional and with detail information. Dr. Phillips is very thorough and is available for all your questions and concerns. The office staff, Amanda, is very professional and helpful. They are extremely thorough and kind!
Everyone, from the receptionists, to the ultrasound technicians, to the doctor were not only professional, but also friendly and personable. They remember you from one appointment to the next. They make you feel comfortable and explain the procedures in a way that's easy to understand. The receptionists were flexible with appointments and made every attempt to accommodate my needs in scheduling.
