let's start with the fact that if you have trouble walking or in a wheelchair you will need assistance getting inside as it's not even remotely accessible.
the doctor said i needed inflatable boots. i asked about insurance covering them and was assured "we've never been turned down". well, they were. i emailed the doctor several times and never heard back. when i called was told that it was my responsibility to get insurance to pay for them.
they've never reached out since and my problem still isn't solved.
