My stay at Orlando Health Lake Mary Hospital was truly wonderful.
Every doctor, nurse, and staff member was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. A special thank-you to our nurse Alex, who took amazing care of us on the first day and was so gentle and caring with our baby.
All the nurses were fantastic -- always ready to help, especially when my husband wasn't there. They checked on me often, made sure I was comfortable, and supported me in every way.
The delivery went perfectly, and the entire team made me feel safe and confident throughout the process.
The hospital itself is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The food was surprisingly delicious, and the room felt more like a little private retreat than a hospital stay.

Amazing hospital & staff! I gave birth to my daughter here and it was the best experience anyone could've asked for. The nurses are hands down compassionate especially the midwives. Doctors were beyond amazing, they answered every question, made sure I was being correctly informed and treated. If you want to feel cared for and treated with respect, loved , come here. You won't regret it, I would definitely 100% recommend coming here. You and your little one will be treated with love and compassion. You will not regret it !

Previously, I didn't have the best experience in the ER, but this time I went to Labor & Delivery since I'm further along in my pregnancy--and it was completely different. The staff were calm, reassuring, and genuinely compassionate. They took their time explaining everything thoroughly and made sure I understood every step. One of the best experiences I've had during such an uncertain moment. I highly recommend their Labor & Delivery department to all mamas.
