Rude, rude, rude. They mess up every single time. They will mess up your everything. Wait hours. They will argue with you toe to toe. Bedside manor is non existent. They're MA clearly doesn't know how to do their job. Spend the money and get an actual nurse. Take the time and interview them before you hire because their attitudes suck!. They claimed i used profanity over the phone when i did not. All i did was match their energy with big girl words and not profanity. Dont get upset when someone matches your energy "sweetheart ".I will always defend myself when not being respected especially when it comes to MY health! Not everyone will cower down just because you think your big being a manager. I am a medical professional and i stand by patient respect! the people upfront have the nastiest attitudes ive ever witnessed in my life! Ive only been going there because my family has been there for years. my family and others have stopped going because of their severe lack of efficiency and lack of respect to patients who pay their pay check by going! They lose patients daily because of their severe lack of professionalism. Get some education on how to treat patients or this business will go under quickly! Do not go here! They suck! Oh and ladies, if your reading this. I'll say this to your face too..... fix your nasty low class attitudes and have the day you deserve

Dr. Gomez is so knowledgeable, kind, passionate, and attentive to his patients! Norma at the front desk, and Delia, his nurse will remember each patient kindly as well! I have walked into his office at the end of the work day (when I was flying out of the country the next day) and he stayed to treat me to become well for my travels! There are very few physicians with his patience, knowledge, and kindness and I worked 30 years in medicine! I truly appreciate he and his kind staff! Thank you Dr. Gomez and everyone there!!!

Came for my follow up Appointment made in February. The front desk never made the appointment! No apology, only offered to rebook me 2 months out. Dr Gomez the up-front needs help or training.

Dr Gomez has been a wonderful Dr for 20 years. He's 82 years old and has over 55 years of medical experience. Probably the kindest, sweetest most caring Dr. In Florida. Unfortunately he sold his practice but is still seeing patients there. This means he's basically an employee. I was seeing him on what I considered the last time Aug. 15, 2022 for what was to be the last visit to try and get 6 months of meds, look for another Dr and we would be done. Unfortunately there is a supervisor there name Jovana Gonzalez. A warning to all. This woman is a lier, an abuser of disabled people, breaks Hippa laws and as a manager has about the quality and know how to only run a banana factory in Guatamala. She has no idea how to run an office. I worked for NASA as the youngest supervisor in history so I have dealt with the most intelligent people and professionals in the world. Medical data has been lost, my prescriptions I was told were sent to my 3 pharmacies when i have only 2. As a computer programmer analyst for 30 yrs I've never lost data during a migration from one system to another! If you wish to be blamed for their complete incompetence That Jovana is ultimately responsible for, go on in! She has absolutely no morality whatsoever and needs to go. I urge all of Dr Gomez patients to stay away as this woman is cruel, nasty, the most horrible person I've ever met. Very soon federal charges of abuse will be filed against her. It's unbelievable that just one person ( her) will be responsible for destroying Dr Gomezs stellar Career just before he retires and she doesn't care about him or anyone else but herself. The only thing I'm going to ask the federal justice dept after filling out out the forms to initiate a warrant for her arrest is to be there when they do it. ! This is the cruelest, most unprofessional person I've eve met but hopefully federal prison time of 15 yrs will help her attitude. Again, I urge all current and new patients to go somewhere else as an angel ( Dr gomez) has been replaced by the devil incarnate. Be careful, A newly ex patient.

If I could rate this practice a 0 star I would. They schedule appointments for my grandmother who is 95 years old for labs and make her wait more than 30 minutes while she is in fasting because of the lab work they are just so slow have no compassion or organization at all. They constantly change the workers there and it just gets worst every time I have to take my grandmother. Will be changing doctors soon. I never have been to a doctor that makes patients wait so long.
