Right from the very first visit, she has been a great listener. She calls back personally to go over results. The staff is great with that as well. She's great with communication. Absolutely one of the best doctors I've seen. I've spent years being dismissed by doctors who refuse to treat symptoms, no matter how bad, unless they fully meet a diagnostic criteria. My appointment with Dr. Kinaga today was the first time I felt listened to and had hope that I can feel like a normal person again and be treated for the symptoms I have, even if they differ from other patient experience. She was quite knowledgeable and I felt I could relate and trust her judgement of my situation. Dr Kinaga ordered two tests for me that were needed to give a clearer more profound look at her diagnosis. She was patient and gave me all the time I needed. I find this rare in this day and age where many times I feel like just another patient filling a time slot.
