The receptionist at Central Florida Cardiology Group was rude and unprofessional, giving me attitude just for advocating for my dad. In under five minutes, I switched to a different doctor at his previous practice, no hassle, no attitude, and my dad is finally getting the care he deserves. Just because you work around doctors doesn't make you a doctor, and you're definitely replaceable. Losing a patient over poor communication is that easy, avoid this office.
I brought my 85 year old mother in at 11:50 for a 12:00 pm appointment. They just called her back at 2:00 pm. Unbelievable.
