Money hungry. Such an unorganized Clinic I had an appointment a few weeks ago for my initial check up. I was made an appointment to have an echo done September 8 when I showed up they told me they tried to call me. They had the wrong phone number. This was their issue by putting the wrong number in. so I just drove two hours to their clinic just to be turned away now I have a 2 Hour Dr. home and have wasted majority of my day because they are not professional enough to get things right and cancel appointment correctly. I now I'm walking out of the clinic without my echo done because I have recently been passing. Mind you I was referred by my PCP and now I am stuck waiting even longer Until I find a cardiologist again. Why did I drive from Saint Augustine to Orlando? Might you ask? I just moved to Saint Augustine two weeks ago and figured that it was important for me to get the echo done From the doctor, I originally saw, but I could've found a doctor in Saint Augustine and had everything done already. Please don't go to this doctor. If you have serious heart problems please find another one.

Office staff don't know their job and insurance money hungry Even if your out of pocket has been met and NO copay is required they WILL STILL DEMAND PAYMENT no matter what proof is provided that shows you don't have a copay and out of pocket has been met Absolutely DISAPPOINTED and a waste of time off work No need to call your office Sir. I have documents and a call log copy confirmed from the insurance company that your office manager was correctly informed that I didn't have out of pocket/copay that was owed to your office! When I showed the other person after your office manager left the office she said nothing could be done I had to pay cause she didn't know what to do !!! Shaking my head disappointed !!!

Worst office possible. They can't accommodate an appointment change after we got hit with the hurricane. They don't care about the patients, just that they get their equipment back. We have no power, and dealing with the backlash of the Hurricane Milton, but yes let me rush in to appease their schedule. It's bad enough the Dr has no bedside manner and left me in a situation where I felt my voice wasn't heard. Took 3 years to get a proper diagnosis and referral for the specialist that was able to finally help me. And they still send the bill for that one day. Called and left multiple messages for the office manager. MONTHS. AND STILL NO RETURN CALL, but Lord KNOWS they don't forget to send THAT bill.

I am so thankful for this Cardiologist. Great bedside manner. Staff are very friendly.

WARNING***** if you were referred to this office by your PCP or insurance company read this first****Last week, my mother had an appointment with this cardiologist. My mother had an EKG done at the office that made her look like a medical anomaly, and the Doctor never questioned whether the EKG was done Correctly, Instead he proceeded to have my mom do bloodwork and chest x-ray, and schedule an echo, it seemed that he wanted the EKG to be abnormal so he could justify billing the insurance company for all the extra stuff. I wonder how many people have been, taken advantage of or are being put on medication they don't need to be put on. The following day I went to a Carespot Urgent Care to get a repeat EKG. The EKG came out normal. The reason the EKG came out normal is that they have the medical knowledge and the common sense to takeoff her Apple Watch, made her lay down and remove her bra before proceeding with an EKG. None of those things were done at this cardiologist's office
