Customer service employees set an appointment at 10:20 am with Dr. Padron at the wrong office, instead there 2 patients in front of me. This is the secind appointment they do wrong. They set up a precious appointment with Dr. Padron, but really was for my endocrinologist at the Cinroy windermere's office. I cancelled that appointment because I did request an appointment with Dr. Padron. It gets better, I do have a balance of $160.00 from previous medical bills including a bill from 01/25. I never received a medical bill from the office, i visited the office several times since 01/25, but i never was informed. Really bad service.

Extremely Disappointed -- Serious Issues with Professionalism and Scheduling As a fellow healthcare provider, I make it a point to respect my patients' time and prioritize professionalism. Unfortunately, Premier Medical in Kissimmee has not demonstrated the same standard. I have been there three times, but have only ever been seen ONCE! Not good. I had an appointment this morning scheduled for 8:30 AM. I scheduled my own patients around this appointment. I arrived early and waited patiently, only to be told at 9:15 AM that my appointment had actually been moved to 9:00 AM, but no one had called to inform me of the change. Even more concerning, the doctor I was scheduled to see now at at 9:00 AM, wasn't even n site yet (now 9:20 AM). Now I understand sometimes things happen (traffic, etc.) and providers can be late arriving, but this is the SECOND time. I was informed by the front desk (who were polite but clearly frustrated by the situation themselves) that this is an ongoing problem, that the provider is routinely late, so they no longer schedule appointments before 9 AM. Yet clearly, the provider still cannot arrive on time. This was not a one-time issue. It's not the first problem I've had with this office, and each of the three times I've been here, I overheard multiple other patients also complaining about similar issues. This should NOT be this way. That means, 100% of my visits, I've oveheard mutliple other patients complaining and 2 of my 3 visits, I've had issues and only 1 of 3 visits was I even seen becuse the docotor wasn't even on site. I've reached the point where I felt compelled to ask to speak with a manager. I want to be clear that this is not a front desk issue. The front office staff were courteous and appeared genuinely supportive of my concerns. As of now, I am still waiting on a call back from the practice manager. I truly hope they follow through, as I believe this office is capable of better. But something must change. Time is valuable. Patients deserve better. And providers, especially those who consistently run late, need to be held accountable. I DO NOT recommend this practice.

Called on 7/1 to get an appointment for my husband so he could see our primary Dr Melissa Rivera-Santiago so we could get his medicine he needs as he is a diabetic and has heart issues . I was told he could be seen on 7/3 at 12'45 pm in the St. Cloud location! The day of the appointment; noticed we didn't get any reminders or text messages reminding us of his appointment like we usually do! So I called to verify if he had an appointment and I was told no appointment for that day. And that the soonest appointment they had was the 17th of July! Seriously! Why tell your patient they have an appointment the day they do ! That's not right, not great customer service and that's a way to loose patients.

Assad Rabah, APRN was great! Very professional, took the time to listen and answer all of my questions and concerns in detail. I absolutely recommend him.
