Orlando Health Imaging Centers - Osceola

I went to Orlando Health Imaging Center on Osceola Pkwy for two MRIs, and I honestly had such a great experience. I don't remember the name of the technician, but he was incredible; kind, patient, and very quick, which I really appreciated because I get chronic migraines. The whole team there is always so welcoming and organized. Every time I've been, they've respected my time and made the process easy. I'm truly grateful for their care and professionalism! I highly recommend this location.

Great experience: The receptionist was welcoming while giving me a form to fill out. I was called almost immediately after my paperwork was complete. My technician, Jen, was friendly and made me feel comfortable at all times. She allowed me to remove zippered/metal clothing right in the test room--no time wasted with dressing rooms. After the test was complete, Jen explained exactly how and when I'd receive test results. I actually received them the same day! Excellent experience in every way.

From the moment I walked in the front door, the staff were so inviting and friendly. They all had smiles and were extremely friendly. The lady that did my exam was very knowledgeable, and extremely caring. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Technician Gladys was incredibly patient and knowledgeable--she made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and explained everything clearly. Nurse Antonia was also amazing, showing genuine care and making the experience smooth and stress-free. It's rare to find a team that combines professionalism with such warmth. I truly felt like I was in good hands. Highly recommend this place!
