I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Yudelmy Castaneda Sanchez when I visited the clinic to complete an accommodation form for my job. Despite my explanation, she expressed discomfort with completing the form solely based on our new patient status, without requesting my medical files or discussing my needs. I found her approach unprofessional, particularly when she implied that prioritizing her concerns about my job over my well-being was more important. Her suggestion that I find another job was unhelpful and dismissive. Given that my employer had already requested the form and was willing to accommodate me, I felt frustrated by the doctor's lack of support. As a result, I will seek medical care elsewhere and cannot recommend this clinic
The service and attention at this place has gone to shit since Dr. Krisselle Torres and some other great doctors left. 3 hours for my sick 89 year old to be seen by the doctor, then no apologies....nothing!!! The doctor's medical assistant's attitude was even worse when I inquired as to how much longer the wait would be. I understand that things happen in medical offices, but at least someone could come in and let us know something...offer some sort of explanation for the wait. My mother has been coming to this office for many, many years.
I appreciate everything they do for me they are very professional and very efficient I hope that nothing changes because everything is going so well thank you so much may God bless
