My child was supposed to have an appointment today, given that the secretary herself gave it to us. But when I arrived I was told they didn't have her in the system. Living an hour away, this wasn't something that was proffered. The secretary then gave us an appointment a week later. My child had already missed school today, and now it's without an excuse. The secretary has no organization. The photo was the appointment date and time given by the secretary on the date that the appointment was made and it wasn't put in the system.
